Bookbuild is now on (16 - 26 May).
Will be very interesting to see how this goes and what price can be achieved.
If successful, the UOADB IPO looks like being a defining transaction for this company. UOA (UOS) will essentially become an owner of assets, holding roughly two thirds of UOADB as their main asset, along with UOA REIT holdings and some retained properties, and some cash.
Still no attention that I can see in any mainstream media in Australia.
The next month should be very interesting.
