    Afternoon All,

    I see UOSDEV started trading on Bursa Malaysia this morning, with over 45 million shares changing hands; they appeared on the "most traded" section of the site. Don't think we'll ever see those kinds of volumes on the ASX.

    Looks like they were pretty quick to put some of the fresh capital to work (circa AU$15m), announcing the purchase of 5 acres only 7km from Kuala Lumpur Sentral. I recommend reading the announcement; it gives much more detail than we usually see in UOS ASX announcements.

    I am very keen to see what the next year or two brings for this company with such a substantially expanded development portfolio. I would hazard it is possible they will improve on their historically very high equity per share growth rate - Eternalgrowth
