As I understand it, the listing has turned UOS into a pure holding company. On my rough estimate, it should have the following:
Over AUD$120 m in cash;
About AUD$443 m in investment properties, from which it gets about AUD$30 m in rental revenue per annum;
About AUD$600 m being its 66% holding in UOADEV;
Residual assets are;
Holding in REIT;
PPE;
Inventory.
UOS has over AUD$1.1 b in current assets. If you take out the value of UOADEV, it still has AUD$563 m in cash and investment properties alone.
UOS has a market cap of AUD$525 m. Either I have missed something or the market has missed something.
