From Annual Report UOS:
Inventory- AUD$158= RM$521m
Investments- AUD$443m= RM$1.4b
Total AUD$601m= RM$1.9b
Difference= AUD$331 m
Plus cash from IPO= AUD$120 m
Total AUD$451m
Plus REIT and 66% UOADEV
Way exceeds current cap of $525m
