I apologise if I did not write clearly.
The proforma figures I was quoting are proforma figures from UOADEV prospectus lodged with the KLSE, not the proforma figures for UOS sent out in May.
Hope that clarifies matters, but please check them through carefully to see whether I have made any errors (not the first time I have made an error, but I am confident that my figures are roughly correct!)
I am licking my lips anticipating what they will do with the AUD$110 m from the listing. I see no reason why they cannot do a special dividend, as UOS is now a pure holding company.
