I think PSV is in the buy zone....... I don't think you can generalise too much about placements like that. Really it depends on fundamentals. GDR did a placement at 65c and that was good night nurse because I guess of the sampling results were a way off....... A company looking for gold in Africa just did a 100mill placement and rallied hard after it. Smart companies make sure placements are done before some possible good news. MCO placed a fair bit last year at 20c and ran straight to 35c. I think it all depends on what news is out. I think the bad news on PSV is out and it's a case of sell the rumour buy the fact............ Volumes a bit low in GDR of late but I'll buy at 40-41c.
