CEO Peter Sullivan said some hedging would be taken out to "protect the investment".
He also noted that Resolute could potentially be a 500,000ozpa gold producer within the next 18 months, with the existing Golden Pride operation in Tanzania being joined by Ravenswood and the Syama project in Mali, where a feasibility study is currently underway.
