    going somewhere... Looks to me from the charts that something is starting to stir here, I reckon it is in for another (hopefully not so small) appreciation now that the SPP is out of the way

    Then again as seen from the last little excursion upward, charts can lie and the crossing of moving averages only signalled a slump to earlier lows...

    Here's hoping
