Actually a share price has nothing to do with anything - it could be $0.02 it could be $20.00 a share. The key is the share price X shares on issue = market cap. and then its revenue/earnings/growth profile and ability to scale.
That stock you refer to trades on less than 2X FY19 revenue when all the US and European peers trade at circa >6-8X plus. Speaking of a company that will be acquired at nice number versus its current value, look no further
