This stock although it has been a non performer has doubled in value over the last few months after sitting around the 2.2cent mark for well over a year.
It is interesting that one of the major shareholders currently accumulating (Melbourne St Investments) is also linked to one of the finance companies that provided funding a few years ago to SCD.
