I bet they have a couple in, but they will have to tweak it a bit, there is always a period of negotiations,

they may say offers have come in and the company are now talking them over,
there will be more than 1 offer so they should not jump at the first one, will have to work out which way to go.

options could be, sell all interests to them, sell part, take money, shares if they are a listed company, and a combination.

either way a good position to be in.
my hope is they keep an interest in the wind farms as this could be a good earner in years to come,

I would take a bit of money plus shares in this company if they are a listed one.

This is still just a $20 mill company with the rise.
will not be this low in 6 months, 5 times that is a shoe in for me.
