    we still dont know if the merger with ( HAW) which is what GNL trades as now hawthorn resources is going ahead for ELL. Management didnt deem it urgent enough to follow through with a EGM, cant see any annoucements regarding a vote on the deal. Either they are just going to do it at the June AGM or its fallen through and no one has bothered to update the market though ive got no idea which one it is, the silence could be taken as bad news or no news
