Realistically ST, if Beibu is to proceed the Chinese oil Corp will most likely grab 51% of the operation and downsize the other partners shares .. so HZN would end up with 15% .. however one would hope that the Chinese put forward some cash which will help for the production costs, otherwise we may all be up for some placements in the near future.
