we are all looking for the next rare earth "producer" ...

a measure I have been using is:-

- Capex Requirements / Market Capitalisation

basically "I believe" this measure tells you what "the market thinks"

for example a company needing to raise say 93 times it's market cap. (ie. Hastings) is going to find that a difficult task to accomplish

however a company needing to raise say 2 times it's market cap. (i.e Northern Minerals) is going to find that a much easier task
