It really depends on the property valuations. We will get a report by end of August. If they have stabilized, we may see a re-rating of 5c and above.
From there its general market sentiment.
I have reduced my holdings (forced to by margin lender) to just under 2 mill. Will hold for 3-5 years. Should help me retire (if they are well above 20c) and chances are by then they could be.
Off topic grab some PNO at 1c...could see a 50% spike on news soon. read the pno posts. I see a more rapid increase inn PNO than aez at the moment.
