Volume slowly rising (albeit of a low base). Definite accumulation going on now (someone has been buying in 50k parcels, staying off market – so as not to push the price up – and then jumping in as soon as sell side volume increases above 50k). Adacel looks to be trading on a forward earnings multiple in the region of just 7.5. Massive gains to be made over the next few months if this growth stock re-rates to a normal earnings multiple of 18.
