your sentiment is pretty lousy on most stocks, apart from ESH which looks like a dud!
not sure your words are worth marking.
Management may not be the best but the value of the asset is enough given its potential also a takeover candidate on these rapidly improving metrics.
Even sloppy management will realise the wealth beneath their feet and employ someone to get it out for them.
