Yes and no.... The management have been drilling and increasing their reserves etc....
The company has been burning cash over the past 3 or so years so actually they should track worse than silver if they did nothing.... But the company hasn't been doing nothing. Yes market sentiment moves the stock based on how silver is going, but long term what will move the stock is progressing the project and increasing reserves... Moving the ball towards the mine development stage...
