    I think the stock is about at fair value at the moment compared to other IO hopefuls going round. If NMDC ever stumps up the cash with the LOC then things may improve further. On one positive, the buying power of $200 million has risen sharply over the past 9 months so if they are in a position to do so, there should be some real bargains out there going forward..
