re: on the move IMHO

Can mean only be driven by one of three things:

1/ Pre spud excitment [maybe the rig has arrived]. Note - the target has been drilled before in the 70s and had oil shows. So good chance of something commercial.

2/ Recent geological survey of tenenmnents has shown something.

3/ Farm in about to happen by a major.

I believe pt #3 is the driving force as I heard many many months ago that this was on the cards. Abutting blocks are all taken up by the majors...so probably just a matter of time.
