If current value is about 34 mil and success means 100 mil in payments from TEVA then the share value would be closer to 27c. This is would be for the MS drug becoming commercial, however there would then be royalty payments and extra value given to the compounds in the pipeline. This is perhaps simplistic but I have used it to illustrate that I believe there is upside potential in the sp if and when they meet the performance targets from TEVA.
