market started to doubt the return clearly.

oppie price should drop by cap return amount - ie 31%(?) from memory of the approx 22.7cents total distribution

i bleieve this confirmation of this return should increase intrinsic value though, think about it....

previous the market valued as at say 170mil on cash of say $340mil - 50%

now (subtracting 100mil return)that would equal value of 70mil on cash on $240m - about 29% - proportionately this doesnt stack up.......i predict a price of around where we have been trading (35c, maybe closer to 30) POST return, with upside to come when things settle down at both a company level and world level.

very simplistic but common sense view.
