I hope you're right but the way I read between the lines is.
TVI aranged the jump in price purely for end of year window dressing. It would have cost 5 to 10k to make their portfolio look 3/4 million better, that's a big help when they are borrowing like they are.

Having said that I also believe the Amazon Bay project to have huge potential and TVI do too.
