LOL,Suckers,Tell them they are dreaming.Here we have the raise of the century,get on board.The directors have indicated they will be taking up there entitlements,gosh a whole $82k and two non-executives stumping up $1800 dollars approx.
Of the funds raised $1M will be used for general working capital and admin expenses for the next twelve months.
Did any one else notice that the Maximum Aggregate Directors Fees were set at $500k,including non-execs at combined $180k.
So lets see if I have this right.
