very happy with that update...
ill be looking for 2.5c plus before we hear the result.
It must be noted that OBL cannot just say off the cuff that they are confident.. there has to be some legal backup for them to say that.
I would not be surprised if at the very last minute a deal is struck for a little more cash in the long run for the title and the court does not even hear the objection.
Just my opinion ofcourse but I have been wrong many times before.
