The sp rose 22% yesterday and with the sell side quite thin, IMO we should see some further positive action today.
MEGA have valued ULEY for the purposes of the deal at
$70 million (CDN) so about 20 cents per share. I would think their IPO would look really attractive to investors if SER's sp was in excess of 20c. In addition to a world class resource they could go into their IPO with a mine in production and a cash flow. This would only take an interim agreement done "contemperaneous" with the MEGA deal. Time will tell. I think soon we will see a new batch of investors as long term production and profitability begins to be understood.
