Sunman,having reread the SER release of the 10/10/11,I see no reason to either second guess or assume anything has changed from the deal that was originally brokered.
The key paragraph for me is,
MEGA Graphite must also provide SER with the required information on its listing on the TSX or the entity with which it intends to merge(as applicable) that will allow an Independant Expert's Report to be prepared fro consideration by Participants.
So an IPO isnt required to trigger events, merely an indication as to who they Mega are going to be merged with or acquired by.
Frankly as Muzzens claimed the deal with Mega as superior to all others received,it behooves him to deliver, or if it goes pearshape to fall on his sword.
Skin or no, its all down to him "economic climate" is no mitigation for failure.
