Letting Mega gradually increase its stake in Uley with cash and hard work ?. Can we please remember that Mega have paid nothing towards Uley, the $800,000 so far paid is to facilitate the demerger of Uley from ser and they still owe another $200,000. What happens in 15 days ?,anyones guess, i guess thats why they are a speculative stock, i am still holding in the dark, and i still have faith that Mega will eventually let us know what they will do with our stock long before ser. Is it any wonder the market has yet to price in the sale of Uley when so much remains uncertain about how the deal can proceed in its original disclosed format. PS. Frustration is not the term i would choose.
