INDIA graphite : value , (graphite resource +plant ) perhaps makes up the next 33% ~70mill. of MEGA to be , as a listed entity

MEGA's own assets , are some blocks of dirt with graphite , in Canada , no JORC as we know it or plant,
plus what ?? MEGA must have found big financial backers , some time back . so no need for IPO , imo.
Upgrade for Uley ,could be 10 - 15 mill. perhaps, to lift production to 80,000t per year . same,same for the india plant which was mothballed in the 90's and listing on TSX , cost's $$ as well .
that is the last 33% or 70mill.$ , or something like that.
MEGA will have a cap of about 210 mill$ ,or more ones MEGA is listed .

MEGA will pull this together , imo and make us a world leader( and first big scale supplier) of high purity graphene for all the new battery developers , smart phone , screens ,replacing INDIUM (which very expansive ) and so much more
There is still our time line , 31 Oct. i don't think we will make it, hence the last ANN . ( deal signed )

it will make punters nervous and they throw their shares away, so close before the end of the Transfer Scheme Scrip .
If it takes till the end of the year ,don't care , all i can think is, cheap shares for me and you if you want them.
