Certainly shows that Mega is somehow supported by some venture capatalists if they can get this show on the road without having to resort to an IPO at this stage. It should be attractive given it was already an operational mine and things are looking pretty rosy for graphite at present. Will be very interesting to see how deep their pockets are and if the planned refurbishment of the equipment at Uley also includes building the necessary plant to increase the purity of the graphite. If it does, and things are indeed up and running by the new year, it probably doesn't matter which way the deals go, SER should see a significant re-rating IMO as we move from a string of maybe's into a JV mining company with cashflow and a string of exploration prospects and holdings, including the oil assets. I'm looking forward to the ride.
