    It's an absolute dog.....got no hope!!!

    But it's a nice little risefor holders so thats the main thing I guess.

    I'd attribute the rise to IP1's demise which will lead to increase in PWT's existing network I believe & also a possible deal for PWT of buying out IP1's network!
