    re: peo push back ads2 exchange dates If I recall correctly(I could be wrong) but 30%+ is held outside the top 3.

    Still, lots of money for those people.

    I cant see PEO selling to TLS, or even TLS being allowed to buy them, but I think it would be good for shareholders.
