I was thinking the same yesterday and was puzzled that no one picked it up earlier.
Perhaps the injuction was based on JTs personal holdings (say 5mill). From what I recall, the OPES deal said that JT was involved in 15mill shares, both directly and indirectly tied up with him. So perhaps the indirect shares could be transfered.
The sales were from ANZ to GF. Nobody holds a big enough parcel other than ANZ and GF to do the transfer and we all know GFs arent selling.
