Freakme whatever you may think about 'Boardo' the company has made a tremendous 'administrative' mistake as they put it in not dealing with it in the right time.
It also looks as though the cull continues with a Board director replaced - who just so happened to be the Company Sec at the time of the administrative oversight and one of the directors who agreed to do the MCS deal.
I've hung around to see when these new deals will come in - and I'm still waiting. I haven't seen any big deals yet which were promised - where's that big oil and gas deal they mentioned. They have extended existing contracts which is a positive for sure but nothing yet to light up the market.
They have promised interstate expansion but haven't seen much of that yet, although they have relocated someone to Adelaide but I haven't heard of anything over there yet.
Still trying to work out if Bob Kucera is of value. Thought he would be at first. Yes he's long serving in the WA police force and served in local government but he had to resign from both didn't he over quite interesting circumstances - I wonder if he's actually an asset now after I've done a bit more background work.
Anyway this quarterly is the one for me to see whether I cut my losses or stay. Numbers are key for me and whether they are actually growing or not. Also just how much are they spending on the admin side. Should all be out in next few weeks.
