REINSTATEMENT OF SECURITIES TO OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The securities of Pearl Healthcare Limited (formerly Pulsat
Communications Limited, the "Company") were suspended from official
quotation on 21 March 2001 pending the release of an announcement.
The Company has now satisfied the requirements of listing rule 11.1.3
and chapters 1 and 2 of the listing rules.

The Company's securities will be reinstated to official quotation on
Friday 29 November 2002.

Upon reinstatement, the Company will have the following:
