    Based on the price action today, I'd say that the offer will be fully subscribed on the insto offering which I thought was for 42,000,000 shares.

    But then I look at the first resolution going up at the AGM and it proposes for a maximum of 125,000,000 shares to be offerred.

    Does anyone know something about the extra 83m shares not yet accounted for? Surely this is not the SPP allocation? Or is it?
