When it come to penny stocks like OBL it's my opinion charts mean diddly squat.
Instead.....Look at the company assets......it's management and current events and it's potential.
Is OBL risky?
Sure, but IMHO if the company gets things together and I believe they will, then from my point of view it's a good long term investment.
Of course as always.......DYOR.
