What are occuppancy rates at the moment, review staffing levels... do they have too many teachers when they could have Cert 3 tafe students doing the same jobs.The demand for child care is out there. how does CFK go about targeting parents close to their centres. form a partnership with local primary schools. Advertising through the school news letter is often free or a minium cost. Parents who qualify for child care benefits don't read newspapers. ( wee bit of a generalisation) but what strategy is in place to target these families. marketing at this level is very different from national brands....sorry bushkid is getting carried away
