couldn't agree more.

We have a company who likes to attach "world Class" to their project and for 12 months keep telling us "finance is well advanced", even popping up in bloomberg to tell us they have shortlisted a long list of possible suitors.

NPV for Vista project is over $2 a share, not withstanding the Vista extension upside and all port secured.

Each month they copy and paste a presentation with the same spruik.

But we have no buyers and are held to ransom by short sellers which now stand near 14 million.

They have a loose agreement to sell approx 15% of the company for a warrant issue which is at the mercy of short sellers for now and will give us a debt of near 370 million in 2015. We won't see these warrants exercised for years so no $$$ for cpl.

How on earth is this a striking deal if we are world class?

World class?? really

If HP didn't own 25% and lent cash to cpl I would be seriously concerned (more than I am right now).
