This just in: Why is that information sensitive to the market? I am sure a vast majority of lawyers trade/invest on the market and a vast majority would know or know somebody that has a solid understanding of the potential provisions of liability. If you cannot substantiate the document regarding the asbestos claim against BHP, I suggest you seek legal counsel yourself, quickfast. For myself, I cannot be bothered researching that claim. For two reasons - it has most likely been discounted into the price, secondly, I don't really care - there are much more realistic threats to BHP. Take a look at XAO. (IF you can't see anything, that's your own problem.)
