Without a doubt there'll be a mix of buyers but I put my money down on there being one main buyer over at least the past 2 weeks . Not sure how long they have to report but I have witnessed sub notices released months after buying started at other companies .
If "A" was accumulating you can hardly blame them for not releasing a notice when the sp was 14 cents if their intention was to raid the register again in the week. That would only alert the market of their actual presence . IMO .
