    Yes that is the first rule, but that hasn't happened in this instance. Not sure what chart you're looking at.
    I have TND on wave 4. 2nd rule is Wave 4 never breaks wave 1, which it hasn't, so all is good.
    I only work on a closing price basis. Looked crook last week. Fridays candle a positive.
    I agree with Chan4stocks. Current ST target is 11.5ish. MT 15ish.
