I took a chance with the CHMP decision in november and sold a few days after the positive recommendation.
I will not be doing this again however for the final decision/reimbursement approval in the EU - especially after the second rejection from the PBAC in Australia.
If it is finally approved in Europe, then the best time to buy might be a few days/ weeks after a positive decision once the euphoria has settled down - and the facts are known.
