PM8 are still looking for a refining location arent they ?

PEK are behind in mine development, but way ahead with there refinery plans at Teesside, Planning approved by govt including the important environmental.....lease signed long time ago, finance approved, they just need to build it.....

I think you will see the SP continue to rise and the announcments come thick and fast once SML granted. You have brought in at a good time.....
