Trying to create an asset with a book value of $23mill out of what really is....thin air. Similar to the Pensador OTC schenanigans imo ie the recievable only exists in the form of a 'book entry' imo and the note can't even be drawn down on - yet an asset of $23mill will be magically created.

Given creation dates of Velcrogerm wouldnt be surprised to a signature on the dotted line this time.
