If we get some really decent news then the only way this will head is up at breakneck speed, because the float is pretty small and insiders or at least the top ten hold most of it, I very much doubt you will see them selling anytime soon.

NVGN now owns closer to 82% of MSHL (after IP transfer) and under favorable circumstance even more, right? Then when you factor in Oppenheimer and Josiah Austin-there is very little float left.

With that said, you'd sure think they'd partner vs. dilute. The other alternative would be to sell off one of the crown jewels in order to have more operating capital and prevent dilution. Would/could they sell PHXD?


I think the new management are savvy on the business end and represent major holders. Really doubt they'll give away their ownership with a dilution.
