A geologist friend worked for RioTinto way back and the original survey was looking for copper which wasn't found in minable quantities. What they did discover was moly in reasonable quantities but the moly price then, made it unworkable hence the new push to mine moly given the price recently (problem now is the price has plummeted along with everything else on the planet). He tells me copper and moly usualy reside together so we should see some by default.
