Because FMG would have to borrow 20-30B to get there, Iluka has no further significant capex to spend. Its all profit for ILU< with no debt.
Plus Iluka will be there in two years, whereas even in the highly unlikley world that a FMG resoure could support 400Mtpa it would be more than a decade away.
