So the seller of the 2mil figures they are paying too much right? Personally I was with the seller at 1.65 today - but I am sure that both the buyer and the seller of a 2m lot know a crap load more about the ins and outs of the co. than I do- they just happen to disagree- see where the offer comes out at in the next few days I suppose.
