NTaylor, you are not alone mate. I'm quietly accumulating this stock. A bit worried about the covernant, but a very large upside as well as a conservative valuation (7.25 % compared to 6.xx % for most REIT's) convince me to have a shot at this stock. I might be wrong as I always am.
